Title: GMFA's Guide To Gay Sports Clubs And Social Groups

Leicester LGBT Centre / Helpline

Leicester Lesbian Gay and Bisexual Centre (LLGBC) recognises that lesbian, gay and bisexual (LGB) people face many forms of discrimination and prejudice which can affect the opportunities to be involved, included and valued in society as equals. LLGBC exists to provide a safe social and support space, deliver high quality professional services that are responsive to the needs of the local community and challenge the inequality created by society. Specially trained volunteers are on hand to deal with all types of problems or requests for information. Whether it’s the address of a local gay bar, or the telephone number of a local group, information about national helplines or support around “coming out” or a relationship break up, helpline volunteers offer an open, non judgemental and affirming service to all people. Cafe open Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays 12.00–14.00.
