Title: GMFA's Guide To Gay Sports Clubs And Social Groups

Formerly known as Diverse Drinkers, they are the Edinburgh group of the Lesbian and Gay Real Ale Drinkers, CAMRA’s (Campaign for Real Ale) Task Group for LGBT real ale and cider fans. Regular socials take place on the first Monday of the month at the The Regent, 2 Montrose Terrace, from around 21.00. The pub, serves two real ales, typically Caledonian Deuchars IPA, and a regularly changing guest ale. Pub crawls, trips to beer festivals and possibly even brewery visits are planned. With so few LGBT pubs selling Real Ale, campaigning might well be within their remit—input is especially welcomed at the moment. Contact John to discuss the matter over a pint or two. Mine’s a Ginger Minge. See separate entry for Lagrad in Brighton and London. Premises open to the public.
